10:30 Breakfast Phase 2: Scrambled egg with cherry tomatoes, spring onion, baby spinach, rocket (grow my own salads in one large trough on stoep)

13:30 Lunch: Chicken breast braised with red pepper, onion, broccoli. 1 thin slice seed loaf
16:00 Tea: Tea, 1 sugar, nibble one small cookie
18:30 Supper: Bowl of mixed veg. Chicken breast left over from lunch
21:00 Milo
P!x!e ate too much. Threw up in the bath after drinking bubbles.
